Label head JMekka, the man behind iBreaks, iBreaksFunk, iBreaksBass and iBreaks the internet radio station (phew!!) actually manages to find time in his hectic schedule to team up with some of his favourite producers, Robosapiens and Andrea Lai.
First up JMekka and Robosapiens with ‘What's Going to Happen’, a journey into linear acid techno breaks that stomps and tweaks it’s way across the dance-floor like a big-booted, flouro haired, bug eyed sunglasses wearing techno raver who’s happily straddling the line between breaks and dirty squat techno shennanigans. Dirty ass funking, tech breaks of the highest order!
Next up JMekka and Andrea Lai, the mighty Italian promoter and producer get to work on ‘Obrigado’, a minimal trip down a particularly sinister k-hole that has the potential to seriously confuse and send you over the edge if you find yourself having over-indulged and entered an alternative existence on the dancefloor.
