Welcome to the 7th Waveshape Records release and for this one we've come up with something a bit special. Not only is this a 4 track EP featuring some for the freshest new artists in
breaks, but the release is also pressed on lovely yellow coloured vinyl!
The first track sees Anti-Science & Model101 team up once again to bring you this spring time, feel-good roller. In The Jungle is a vibrant track that utilizes elements of ragga mixed with the
raw energy of breaks. It’s the perfect track for the upcoming spring / summer sessions.
Critical makes his return and masterfully shows off his diverse range of sound by taking you in another direction with Watch Dis. Deep, rolling percussion, pounding bass stabs, & lashings of
vocal snippets take you to the spine-tingling second break-down where the glitched-out beats build into sonic ecstasy before the tune tears back out towards its climatic end.
After the success of Pure Beam (Waveshape003), Anti-Science & Youthful Implants collaborate again for the third track on this EP and this time the results are devastating! Ethereal, voccoded
vocals, infectious snaking synth lines and a bouncing bassline, All 4 You is the epitomy of peak-time,
adrenalin-fueled breaks that will demolish any dancefloor!
The final track provides an alternate mix of Ceos & Anti-Science's Good Morning You Mongrels which was released earlier this year on Downbeat Productions. The Waveshape Mix
provided here takes the tune and melds it into another sort of beast with glitchier, snycopated drum
grooves, new blistering basslines and a break down that will have everyone's hands in the air!
